Referrals
In order to see one of our specialists, many managed care plans require a referral from your primary care physician. It is the responsibility of the patient to obtain this referral prior to your visit. If a referral has not been approved by your insurance plan, your insurance may not pay for the visit, and the patient may be responsible for the charges associated with the visit.
