The Chilton Medical Center Auxiliary hosts several events throughout the year in support of programs and services at our hospital:
“Give and Receive” Basket Raffle: Wednesday, April 25
Our popular basket raffle will be held at Chilton Medical Center in the cafeteria, starting at 9:00am and closing with the drawing at 3:00pm. Cost is $10 for a sheet of 26 tickets.
A Night at the Theatre: Thursday, May 24
A performance of “Annie" will be held at The Barn Theatre in Montville, NJ to benefit Chilton Medical Center. Tickets are $40 each and include complimentary light refreshments before the show, as well as coffee, tea and desserts during intermission.
Designer Handbag Bingo: Saturday, September 15
Guests will enjoy a fun night of bingo with the opportunity to win beautiful designer handbags, while supporting Chilton Medical Center. Download our registration form >
Queen's Tea Event: Thursdays, October 4 and 11
In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Chilton Medical Center Auxiliary will host its ninth annual “Queen’s Tea” in support of Chilton Medical Center's Breast Center. Download our registration form >
Holiday Decorating: December 2018
The Chilton Medical Center Auxiliary continues to light up the holidays with these popular events:
Tree-Trim and Un-Trim
Help spread holiday cheer by decorating Christmas trees and placing them in various locations throughout Chilton Medical Center. The Tree-Trim will be held on Tuesday, December 4 from 9:00am to 2:30pm.
Tree of Lights Fundraiser
Now in its 29th year, this fundraiser provides donors the opportunity to purchase a light in memory or in honor of a loved one. Donation options: $10 per name, $50 per family or $100 for “Angel Giver” status. A commemorative board outside the Gift Gallery will display the names of the donors and honorees throughout December and January. When submitting checks to the Chilton Medical Center Auxiliary, remember to specify “Tree of Lights” and the name of your honoree.
