3 Signs 1:1 Training Might be Right for You

When it comes to fitness, some people can take an exercise plan and make it their own. Others need a little bit of coaching. That’s why Atlantic Health System’s Chambers Center for Well-Being offers one-on-one training. It may be perfect for you if:

  1. You’re new to fitness. “We’ll slowly walk you through each exercise and technique so you understand each movement,” says Jonathan Davalos, the center’s health and fitness lead. Training also can help you discover the benefits of proper warmups and cool-downs.
  2. You’re in a rut. If you’re tired of your regular fitness routine—or if it’s no longer bringing you benefits—one-on-one training can help you change up your exercises and get your goals back on track.
  3. You have specific limitations. If you have shoulder or lower back pain, one-on-one training can help you find the right exercises to build your strength, increase your mobility and remove any pain.
