Women are often the caretakers and that often leaves them feeling depleted and exhausted. Taking time to care for yourself is not selfish. It is important for your own well-being and mental health. This program will:

  • Explore why self-care is not a luxury, but essential
  • Identify ways to include self-care in your daily life
