Atlantic Health System’s Heart Failure Awareness Week Symposium Highlights Latest Research, Programs and Clinical Advances

Sixth Annual Event Empowers Clinicians Through Education

February 16, 2017, Morristown, NJ – Atlantic Health System’s Annual Heart Failure Awareness Week Symposium will highlight the latest research, programs, and clinical advances in heart failure.

The sixth annual, day-long scientific symposium, to be held on February 17, during National Heart Failure Awareness Week, will feature ten Atlantic Health System clinicians presenting on topics including:

  • Basics in Heart Failure, and Guideline Updates
  • Mobile Monitoring and Transitional Care
  • Evaluating for Advanced Therapies
  • Depression and Mental Health in Heart Failure
  • Pulmonary Hypertension and the Right Heart
  • Women’s Heart
  • Top Five Studies to Change Your Practice

Claire G. Boccia Liang, MD, FACC, Director of the Women’s Heart Program at Atlantic Health System, will present a keynote on congenital heart disease.
