April 12, 2018, Morristown, NJ – Atlantic Health System, an integrated health care delivery system, today announced that it has been named to the 2018 list of the Best Workplaces in Health Care and Biopharma by Great Place to Work and Fortune Magazine. Atlantic Health was the top rated company in New Jersey to make the list, the only health care system from New Jersey included and ranked number 8 overall, maintaining its top-ten ranking from 2017.
Last month, Atlantic Health System announced its ranking on Fortune’s 2018 100 Best Companies to Work For® list for the tenth year in a row.
This annual list recognizes some of the most respected and recognized names in Health Care. Other organizations joining Atlantic Health at 2018 Best Workplaces in Health Care include St. Jude Children’s Hospital, the Mayo Clinic and the American Heart Association. Atlantic Health System’s inclusion on the ranking considered results from more than 50 survey questions, measuring team member satisfaction in a variety of areas including team members’ pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference and feeling their work has special meaning.
