Atlantic Health System Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer Honored for Advancing “For All” Culture
March 8, 2018, Morristown, NJ – Atlantic Health System, an integrated health care delivery system, today announced that Nikki Sumpter, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, has been honored by Fortune Magazine with a Great Place to Work® For AllTM Leadership Award. The honor, which was presented at a gala celebration this week in San Francisco, recognizes Fortune Best Workplaces’ female leaders who consistently deliver on their organizations’ strategic growth and business goals by creating a trusting, “For All” culture.
During Sumpter’s time at Atlantic Health System, the organization has continually earned placement on Great Place to Work lists, including ten consecutive years on Fortune’s ‘100 Best Companies To Work For®’ list, and recognition on its lists of the Best Workplaces in Healthcare, Best Workplaces for Women, Best Workplaces for Parents, Best Workplaces for Diversity and Best Workplaces in New York (region).
Sumpter also serves as a role model for aspiring female leaders across Atlantic Health System. She founded the organization’s Women’s Leadership Committee and recently had the honor of addressing graduates of its program for Leadership Development for Early Career Women.
