Our Atlantic Health System post-acute and clinical leads partnered to develop a series of educational packets on top diagnoses in the long-term care setting. Most of these trainings are designed for those at a certified nursing assistant (CNA) level, or similar role. Each presentation comes with an assessment quiz, and certificate of completion which can be used for staff competencies, training, or onboarding.
