October 30, 2019

Brian Glatt, MD, a nationally recognized, board-certified plastic surgeon who regularly demonstrates new procedures and comments on plastic surgery trends on The Today Show, has been named President of the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons (NESPS).

Dr. Glatt is only the third private practitioner to be named president to the prestigious society, a regional forum for elite, highly qualified surgeons from 12 states in the Northeast United States to share best practices, review literature, and opine on professional and educational updates. Past presidents have otherwise been academic plastic surgeons from teaching hospitals and medical schools.

“The plastic surgery field continues to rapidly grow in response to an exceptional demand for services - including surgical and nonsurgical procedures,” said Dr. Glatt. “As new innovations and techniques continue to enter and change the market, I am pleased to lead the conversation with my colleagues about how we can collectively ensure the best outcomes for our patients.”
