In both new and familiar ways, Atlantic Health System Breast Centers stand ready to deliver the extraordinary care you have come to expect from us
At Atlantic Health System, our priority is providing the highest quality breast care services in a safe and caring environment. We have implemented vigorous health and safety standards to ensure the care you receive is evolving for today’s needs. We encourage you to review the important information below that outlines the measures we are putting in place to protect you, your family members, and our care teams.
Clean, Protected Environments
All areas are cleaned between patients throughout the day with hospital-grade disinfectant including patient care areas, waiting rooms and equipment.
Facemasks
Both patients and care team members wear facemasks at all times. Care teams wear personal protective equipment as appropriate.
Hand Hygiene
Handwashing with soap and water, or hand sanitizer is readily available.
Streamlined Check-in
Pre-register by phone from the comfort of your home. There's a brief check-in and patients are escorted right to the exam room, avoiding dressing rooms and other extra stops.
Screening
Monitoring the temperatures of all patients, visitors and team members who enter our facilities.
Team Members are Protected
Team members wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are either fully vaccinated, on pace for full vaccination or have a qualifying exemption.
Social Distancing
To ensure social distancing and safe practices in our waiting rooms, furniture has been rearranged or removed.
Modified Schedules
We are providing more time between appointments to help keep patients safe and maintain social distancing
Please remember that we are here for you, to treat you, support you and answer your questions. Our Breast Center physicians and health care professionals are here working diligently for you. Feel free to call your provider with any questions or concerns.
