What are the typical first jobs post-fellowship?

I have an educational degree or work experience as an MD, RN, or other clinical disciplines. Would my background be a good fit for the fellowship program?

While a clinical degree or work experience is not a typical career path of our fellows, we appreciate and welcome the diverse skills and backgrounds that candidates can bring to Atlantic Health System. We will not exclude candidates with clinical backgrounds from applying for the fellowship if they have a strong interest in a career dedicated to hospital management.

Will the Atlantic Health System Administrative Fellowship Program sponsor visas for foreign applicants?

Once offers are extended, the Atlantic Health System Fellowship Committee will work with the incoming fellow to assist with providing visa sponsorship.
