Making a Maternal-Fetal Appointment

Making an appointment with Atlantic Maternal-Fetal Medicine is the first step towards managing a high-risk pregnancy. To do so, patients can call any one of our locations at Morristown Medical Center, Overlook Medical Center, Chilton Medical Center, Morristown Medical Center Health Pavilion and Bridgewater, NJ. Our maternal fetal medicine physician services are provided in collaboration with a specialized Atlantic Medical Group practice.   

Before an Appointment

We require a request for services from the patient’s obstetrician stating the type of maternal-fetal medicine testing needed, as well as the patient’s name, date of birth, contact phone number(s), referring doctor’s name, insurance information and due date. Before arriving for their appointment, new patients are encouraged to contact Atlantic Maternal Fetal Medicine for a patient packet and bring with them the request for services or prescription from their obstetrician, insurance cards and a government-issued photo ID.

Directions to our offices are included in the patient packet. Patients should arrive 20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time so they can be appropriately registered. Please note some locations have separate registration offices.

We ask that family members and visitors with colds, infections and rashes not visit our department due to the risk of infecting our patients.
