Pay My Bill

In 2018, we transitioned our hospitals and medical offices to one single, fully-connected electronic medical records system called Epic. As part of this transition process, you may be affected by updates to our payment processes.

Payment Options

  • For physician or doctor’s office accounts with Atlantic Medical Group, please call 1-844-362-1735 or pay your bill online >
  • For questions about Atlantic Home Care or Hospice accounts, please call 973-379-8450
  • If you have questions about how to pay your hospital bill or to pay by phone, please call 1-800-619-4024. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 8:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
  • Online payment features are available through your active MyChart account for current hospital bills, provided your visit was after the dates listed below. Pay your bill in MyChart >

    • Overlook Medical Center visit dates after February 4, 2018
    • Morristown Medical Center visit dates after June 3, 2018

If you are mailed a hospital billing statement from an Atlantic Health System medical center, you will receive our new consolidated statement, listing services rendered at any of those locations. Consolidated statements apply for:

  • Chilton Medical Center visit dates after February 4, 2018 
  • Overlook Medical Center visit dates after February 4, 2018 
  • Morristown Medical Center visit dates after June 3, 2018
  • Newton Medical Center visit dates after September 30, 2018
  • Hackettstown Medical Center visit dates after September 30, 2018

Older hospital statements may apply to past visit dates. These statements will include services received only at that location.
