AMG Internal Medicine Residency Program [faculty practice]
Four weeks or two weeks, depending upon preceptor availability:
Successful completion of all third-year core clerkships
The Ambulatory Internal Medicine elective provides a full-time clinical learning experience at the AMG Internal Medicine Residency Program faculty practice. The site is a busy, community clinic that is also the continuity practice for Overlook Medical Center’s internal medicine residents. It serves an ethnically diverse group of patients with a broad range of medical conditions. Highly trained faculty physicians and excellent support personnel manage the practice.
Goals & Objectives:
Feedback & Evaluation
Feedback and evaluation will be done by attending preceptors and residents. Students will also evaluate their preceptors and residents, and the elective.
