To watch on your computer or mobile device without logging in:

  2. A new browser window will open with a description of the event

  4. At the time of the event, click either the ‘image’ or text ‘ Watch live’ to watch the live video 

 

If you are unable to join the live event for any reason, a recording of this event will be uploaded to our website two to three business days after the live event.

I have a Facebook account. How do I join the event from this website or email?

  1. Simply click on the link for the next live event at the correct time.

There are a few options available.

Option 1 – Facebook Events
  1. Visit the Atlantic Health System Page 
  2. Select the event 
  3. At the correct time, click on the link (see example) 
  4. The video will begin when we are live

Option 2 - Videos
  1. Log in to Facebook
  2. In the search box, search for ‘Atlantic Health System’
  3. When we are live, a "Live" will appear next to the ‘Videos’ tab (located at left on desktop and above the 'About' section on mobile)
  4. The live video will be identified by the icon

Troubleshooting

I clicked the link, but the video doesn’t work.

  1. Due to a large volume of people viewing, it may take some time for the video to load and the feed may slightly lag. Give it a few minutes. If no video appears, refresh your browser. 
  2. If that doesn’t work, try one of the other connection options listed above.
  3. If the video still does not load, close your browser and try again later. A recording of the video will be available on this web page shortly after the event.

I can’t hear any audio

  1. If the audio doesn’t work this may be a setting on your computer or mobile device. Check to be sure your speakers are on and the volume is turned up.
  2. At the base of the video onscreen, click on the speaker icon and slide the slider to increase the volume.
