Atlantic Health System offers a support group for stroke survivors, their families, and caregivers. We bring together community members and medical professionals from Atlantic Health System, and many meetings feature guest speakers on a variety of issues, such as stroke recovery.
Stroke Support Group Meetings
The Atlantic Health System stroke support group, offered through Morristown Medical Center, includes separate caregiver and survivor meetings. Both meetings are held virtually via Zoom.
- Caregiver meeting: 3rd Thursday of the month at 1:00pm
- Survivor meeting: 3rd Thursday of the month at 2:00pm
