Vice President, Facilities Management and Real Estate
A seasoned executive with 30 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, Robert Peake has a true understanding of what it takes to design, build and maintain effective and efficient facilities. He manages all of Atlantic Health System’s existing buildings in multiple locations – more than six million square feet in total – and is responsible for new construction, design, master planning and real estate holdings. Under his direction, our organization completed $2 billion dollars of construction expansion and renovation over a 15-year period. Robert also oversees Atlantic Health System’s facilities/plant, biomedical engineering and fleet services.
Robert holds an associate degree in electronic engineering and a bachelor’s degree in management from DeVry University and has been with Atlantic Health System for 24 years. Prior to his tenure here, he served in a similar capacity for Cathedral Healthcare System in Newark, New Jersey. Robert is also a board member of the New Jersey Alliance for Action.
